1 1/2 Cups of your favourite brewed coffee
! scoop (heaping tablespoon) of plant based Pea Protein Powder (available at health food stores)
1 Teaspoon of Coconut Oil
1/4 Teaspoon of Vanilla
Add all ingredients to a blender, or use a blender stick, and whip for 15 seconds until frothy. Top with cocoa powder, cinnamon or organic sweetener (stevia, agave, maple syrup) to taste.
